Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at DIY.coop, Mica DIY Ltd’s website.

We aim to provide you with enough information, prior to purchase, that you will make an informed, educated decision when purchasing. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

You have 14 calendar days after you received the goods to notify the us that you wish to cancel the order, and a further 14 days from this date to return the item(s) to return an item to the store who supplied it (either in store or delivered).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original unbroken packaging.

You also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, we will notify you on the status of your refund as soon as possible. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit usually within five to seven days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Unfortunately, not all items can be returned; for example, clearance sale items and products that come in hygiene packaging or seals.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

If you receive an item or it develops a fault please follow the following procedure:

1.  Contact the store who supplied your order or complete the product return form here
2.  If necessary return the product to the store
3. The store will inspect the item
4.  If the store agrees the item is faulty, they will either:
   -  Sort the fault
   - Replace the item
   - Refund the item
